VR Business Brokers of Dallas, TX offers three different ways to utilize our services in the sale of your signs and graphics business.

1. Complete Representation Engagement – VR Business Brokers operates under a Sole & Exclusive arrangement whereby we become your exclusive agent to assist you in the sale of your signs & graphics business. VR Business Brokers provides the following services within our Standard Listing Engagement:

a. A free business valuation to determine a viable and realistic sales price for your business.
b. All marketing efforts to secure prospective buyers of your business.
c. Prepare a comprehensive prospectus (Confidential Business Review) to present to prospective buyers.
d. Pre-screen all applicants for financial capability to purchase the business.
e. Require an executed non-disclosure agreement before providing any confidential details about your business.
f. Assist buyer and seller through the negotiation, financing, and closing process, representing the Seller’s best interest throughout the process.

This service is provided on a commission only basis, and we DO NOT charge an upfront fee for this service – we get paid when your transaction closes! Commission rates vary depending on the size of the transaction.

2. Partial Representation – approximately 17 states require a state license in order to represent the sale of a business in that state. For states in which we are not able to fully represent the sale of a business, we offer modified services that will still allow us to assist you in finding a buyer for your business. We offer all of the services mentioned in Paragraph 1 above, with the exception of 1.f. Once we have a pre-qualified purchaser that has executed a non-disclosure agreement and received the information package, we turn them over to you for the remaining process. You work with the buyer to consummate a transaction.

The cost for this service consists of a $1,500 up front payment, plus $200 per month for the continued marketing of the business. You may cancel the ongoing marketing at any time with a 30 day advance notice. There is no commission charged regarding a final transaction since you are completing the transaction with the purchaser directly.

3. Lead Generation Service – this service is provided for those sign business owners that are comfortable in determining the price for their business, and are also willing to communicate directly with potential buyers of the business. VR Business Brokers of Dallas will prepare and place an advertisement on this website specifically for your business (with your review and approval of the advertisement including the necessary confidentiality).

All leads responding to the advertisement will be forwarded to you for direct response and ongoing communication.

The charge for this service is an initial fee of $100 (includes first thirty days of advertising), and a monthly fee of $75 for continued advertising. You may cancel the advertising at any time with a 30 day notice.
